Lois Lambert Gallery opened originally as Gallery of Functional Art in 1987. The gallery was the first tenant in the Frank Gehry’s Edgemar building in Santa Monica, California. In 1994, Lois moved the gallery to Bergamot Station and opened Lois Lambert Gallery. Lois Lambert Gallery represents emerging and mid-career contemporary artists both local and international, working in painting, sculpture, mixed media, and photography.  In an adjacent space Our Gallery Store opened, featuring high design and artist-made objects. The Project Room was subsequently added, offering a more intimate space for exhibitions. In 2017, the Upstairs Gallery was created, adding additional space for artwork.

Lois Lambert Gallery represents over 100 artists from the United States, Latin America, South America, Europe and Asia, and is dedicated to bringing thoughtful, sometimes provocative, and always original art to the public.
