Lois Lambert Gallery is proud to announce it will be celebrating 30 years of business this September. Lois Lambert opened the Gallery of Functional Art in 1988 becoming the first tenant in Frank Gehry´s “Edgemar” building in Santa Monica. In 1994 the Gallery moved to Bergamot Station and a year later, the Lois Lambert Gallery was opened.
Since then, the Gallery has featured 50 artists working in painting, sculpture, and mixed media, as well as photography. The Gallery represents emerging and mid-career artists both local and international. In 2012, the Project Room was opened offering a more intimate space for exhibitions.
