Deanne Belinoff was born and grew up in Chicago and received her BA from the University of Iowa, graduating cum laude. She earned her MFA at California State University, Long Beach, again graduating cum laude. Her work is in many collections, including Los Angeles County Museum of Art/Prints and Drawings, Orange County Museum of Art, Seattle Public Utilities Collection, and numerous others.
